Ellen Huff, FNP-C was the oldest daughter of a large family; she knew at a young age that she wanted to take care of people. After being a nurse for years, she decided she wanted to take a more proactive approach in encouraging patients to be responsible for their health.
Ellen chose to become a family nurse practitioner because of the diversity and challenges, she sees patients at all stages of their life. She enjoys taking care of families and promoting women’s health services.
Her practice philosophy is to take care of the whole patient through the investment of time and education in order to promote their best health practices. Her patients find her down to earth, non-judgmental and a great listener. She educates her patients on their plan of care and helps them to be healthy and happy.
In Ellen’s spare time she enjoys running, reading and traveling with her family.
