Dr. Murphy received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree at Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at East Tennessee State University.

Dr. Murphy is a married, father of 3 young girls. He is a passionate and caring person who wants to contribute substantially to the world through family medicine. In his free time, Dr. Murphy enjoys being with family, playing drums/percussion, piano and guitar. Snowboarding, fine arts, sports and being outdoors.
